The promise

"By the end, you'll know exactly what your chronic-symptom clients need to hear and the first confident step you can take with them this week."

— Grace Secker, LPC

Made for practitioners

You're in the right place if…

Therapists

You have clients whose chronic symptoms — pain, fatigue, gut issues, dizziness — aren't resolving despite genuinely good work together. You know something more is going on. You just haven't had a clear framework for it yet.

Somatic Clinicians

You feel it intuitively in the room. You want the science and the clinical language to match what you already sense — and a confident way to explain it to skeptical clients and colleagues.

Coaches

You work with clients who've tried every specialist and every supplement and keep coming back stuck. You're starting to wonder if the nervous system is the piece everyone has been missing.

Lived Experience

You carry your own history with chronic symptoms. This work is for your clients and it might also be for you.

Inside the masterclass

What you'll walk away with

Real teaching built around one thing: clinical confidence.

  • Why we're missing this
Why chronic-symptom clients keep suffering and why traditional approaches so often aren't enough. The gap in training that's leaving your clients stuck and you without answers.

  • The mind-body Link made clear
Neuroplastic symptoms, the nervous system, the mind-body link — explained in clear, clinical language you can use immediately. Validated repeatedly: symptoms are real. This is not "all in your head." This is neuroscience.

  • How to identify these clients
What to look for in presentation, history, and patterns. The clinical screener you can use starting tomorrow and how to think through the reasoning in the room.

  • What to actually say
The exact language for introducing this safely with clients; how to validate, how to avoid implying symptoms are imagined, and how to open the door without blowing it. Including: "I think your symptoms are real. I also think your nervous system may be playing a larger role than anyone has explained."

  • Q&A
Grace opens it up for Q&A if you catch the live session so you can get real support.

The Nervous-System Symptom Screener

When you show up to the masterclass, you will receive this symptom screener PDF to Identify which clients may have nervous-system-driven symptoms with a scoring guide, interpretation, and a disclaimer built in. Designed to be used with your clients in session or on your own time.

The tool you'll use Monday morning to look at your caseload differently.

Your Host

Grace Secker

Licensed somatic trauma therapist and nervous system coach and someone who has lived the wild world of healing. Grace has experienced her own chronic symptoms for most of her life… going down the rabbit whole of treatments feeling hopeless.

That's when she encountered the connection between nervous system regulation and chronic conditions. After recovering and spending years studying this work — Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, EAET, somatic experiencing, IFS, ACEs research, JournalSpeak — the Mind Body Healing Method was born.

She now teaches this framework to practitioners. Not only as a clinician sharing the protocols, but as a fellow human who has walked the path and knows what actually changes things.
