BOULDER, COLORADO · SPRING RETREAT 2027

A FEW DAYS WHERE YOU DON'T HAVE TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF.

Grace Secker and Vanessa Blackstone are building a retreat for people living with neuroplastic symptoms where everyone in the room already gets it.

We’re dreaming up a retreat. A few days in Boulder in Spring 2027 focused on neuroplastic recovery, nervous system healing, education, and community -- led by two people who live this work, teach it, write about it, and support people through it every day.

We’ve been sitting on this one for a while. Because we didn’t want to say it out loud until it felt real — and it finally does.

We’re dreaming up a retreat. A few days in Boulder in Spring 2027, focused on neuroplastic recovery — led by two people who have lived it, studied it, written about it, and helped others navigate it every day.

Before we commit, we want to know how many of you are actually craving to come. So we figured:

why not just ask?

* * *

You'd leave with something real.

A felt sense of safety in your body — not just the idea of it in your head

Real tools to come back to when pain or anxiety flares up — not just theory

A group of people who've been where you are, so you're not starting from scratch alone

We can't build it without knowing you want it.
